We stand behind Flapstopper. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
```30-day return window.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Simple version: return your unused Flapstopper within 30 days of delivery, in original condition, and we will refund the purchase price once the return is approved and received.
What can be returned.
Eligible returns:
→ Item must be unused and in original condition.
→ Original packaging must be included, if applicable.
→ Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
→ Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or receipt.
Non-returnable items:
→ Items damaged by misuse or normal wear.
→ Items returned after the 30-day window.
→ Items without original packaging or accessories.
→ Returns sent without prior contact or approval.
How to start a return.
Return shipping.
Customer responsibility: you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
International returns: international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
Lost returns: we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Always use tracking.
How refunds work.
Refund method: refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Refund amount: refunds cover the full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
Partial refunds: partial refunds may apply to items not returned in original condition.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your Flapstopper arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed: we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. For a different colour or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
