Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: 1-3 business days Your FlapStopper is carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipping.
Shipping Times:
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- North America: 10-21 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 14-28 business days
- Rest of World: 14-35 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed by 24-72 hours initially and may show limited information for international shipments until they reach your country's postal system.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer:
- Standard International Shipping (untracked)
- Express International Shipping (tracked where available)
Important Notes
Customs & Duties: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and additional shipping charges.
Delivery Attempts: Most carriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning packages to the local postal facility. Please monitor tracking information and arrange pickup if needed.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship worldwide except to countries with shipping restrictions. If you're unsure about delivery to your location, contact us before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:
- Check with your local postal service first
- Contact us with your order number and tracking information
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue
If your package is lost or damaged:
- Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- We'll investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate
